My condolences to all the family. Many memories as neighbors on the farms in Mannsville. Your father was one of the kindest and hardest working men I can remember.

Earle and his brother-in-law, Lawson Bast, were my first employers on their farms on Middle Road in Rutland. I have never known a more hard-working, decent and honest man. Rest in peace, my friend.
