Obituary of Erma I. Blood

Erma I. Blood, 83, of Adams, died May 25, 2019 at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center, Utica, NY.  There will be a memorial service at 2:00pm Saturday June 22 at the New Testament Fellowship Church, 24419 State Route 12 (Gifford Street), Watertown, New York 13601.  A calling hour will precede the funeral beginning at 1:00pm. Burial will be private.

Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home Inc, Adams.

Erma was born May 21, 1936 in Rodman, daughter of Charles and Thelma (Colman) Blood.   She graduated from Adams Center High School and worked on the family farm, retiring in 1997.  She moved to Country View Apartments, Adams, in 2006.

She is survived by a son Amos (Melissa) Blood, Rodman; two grandsons Xander and Xaiver Blood, both of Rodman; one step granddaughter MaKayla O'Riley, Adams Center; and several nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her parents, a brother George Blood and a sister Marie Blood.

Erma volunteered at the South Jefferson Historical Association for many years.
