To Frank's Family
Frank and I worked on several Road Construction projects in and around Sullivan County. On one project he was the pipe foreman and his only helper was Dave Minkler. We would joke about it being such a productive pipe crew with only two laborers and one operator running the excavator. One day I stopped to talk with Frank and asked where Dave was and he told me that he was working with the paving crew. Now FRANK was a one-man pipe crew and he got just as much work accomplished as before.
I am sorry for your loss, but want you to know what a wonderful, honest, hardworking father you had.
