Melanie, Marty and families, so sorry to hear of Edie's death. I know you will all miss her very much. I have so many good memories of Edie from the times I spent with Mel at your house. Edie will be missed very much by my mom, too, she was such a great friend. Thinking of you all and sending love.

Fond memories of the Thompson's as one of the Spring Street families raising kids from Main Street out to the four corners and beyond. My condolences to Melanie, Marty and all of Edie's family and friends. May you all carry her memory forward forever.

Edie was a beautiful soul. I had the pleasure of taking care of her on AL and she quickly became close to me. She always played the organ in her room and was often seen watching the service on Sundays in her room as well. Let’s also not forget her love for fashion. She was always wearing earrings and dressed so beautifully all done by herself. I’ll never forget her and she will always have a special place in my heart, sending love to the family. We saw her a few days ago and she reached out and grabbed our hand, and told us to “listen for the organ” Thank you for allowing us to care for her ~ A.B.
