Obituary of Lance A. Brown

Adams - Lance A. Brown, age 74, passed away at home on January 1, 2015 after a long illness.  He was born January 7, 1940 in Rochester, NY, the son of Franklin J. and Marion M. Brown. He attended Sauquoit Valley High School. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1957, where he served in the Middle East for 3 years.  Following his discharge he entered the Utica School of Beauty Culture graduating in 1961 and had a very successful career as a hairstylist for 40 years.  He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Denise Brown, two daughters, Robin (Frank) Zitz and Keli (Randy) Berard; one son, Aaron Brown; stepdaughter Stacey (Joshua) Sims, stepson Michael Rogers, sister Shirley Elliott, brothers Douglas (Sue) Brown, Geoff (Pat) Brown, grandchildren Jacob Zitz, Gracie Brown, Gage Shaw, Justice, Joshua, Jocelynn, Paige, Colten Sims, and Justin Berard, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, a son Scott Brown and brother Tony Brown. Per Lance's request, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.
