Obituary of Joseph G. Collins, Jr.

Lorraine - Joseph G. Collins, Jr., 51, died Saturday morning February 14, 2015 in the emergency room at Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown. There are no services. Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams. Born September 24, 1963 in Trenton, NJ, son of Joseph G. and Hazel (Sutton) Collins, Sr., he attended South Jefferson Central School. He married Donna Retz on May 30, 1981 in Manahawkin, NJ. Joe worked for the Ocean County Utilities Authority in Manahawkin, NJ before retiring in 1985 due to disability. The couple returned to Lorraine in 1996 where they lived the rest of their married life. Surviving besides his wife Donna, is a brother, Douglas (Amy) Collins, Lorraine; two sisters, Darlene (David) Barker, Boylston, Marie (Craig) Wagner, Boylston; and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by both his parents.
