Obituary of Thomas J. Floetenmeyer

Rodman - Thomas J. Floetenmeyer, 55, died at his home on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. There will be no services. Arrangements are with the Piddock Funeral Home, Adams. Born October 17, 1960 in Hagen Germany, son of Adolf and Martha (Saemann) Floetenmeyer, he attended Watertown High School. Following school he worked in construction, which included roofing, siding and drywall. He also was a master carpenter. He married Sandra Thompson on December 21, 1996 in Tampa, FL. Surviving besides his wife Sandra, are two step sons Robert Kearney, Brandon FL, Joshua Kearney, Gibsonton, FL; four step grandchildren; his mother and stepfather Martha and Kenneth Warner, Adams Center; maternal grandfather Wilhelm Potthoff, Watertown; one brother Mike Floetenmeyer, Adams Center; one sister Heidi DuVall, Brandon FL; one half brother Daniel (Laura) Warner, Biddeford, ME; and several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his father Adolf Floetenmeyer, maternal grandmother, Ursula Potthoff, and a brother Gerald Floetenmeyer. Tom enjoyed hunting and fishing.
